Down the garden path I walk
In amongst the flowers,
Daffodils and hollyhocks
with which I spend the hours;
I pull some weeds and smell perfume
of roses in my bower,
I gladly greet the irises,
my very favorite flower;
I smile to see some ladybugs
light amongst the leaves
and wonder at the rustling
of wind within the trees;
It is my place to go and pray
and though perhaps you laugh,
I find it holy, where I walk,
Down the garden path.
